Okay so if he does or does not get suspended I have a two part question. Number one. How long did we sign him for? Number Two. What are the options we have to do with him and which ones seem like the best option?

He is gone if he gets suspended. Out on the street. I am sure there is a severance clause in his contract for stupidity. He will get it and beg for another chance in the nfl.

He does have a clause in his contract that if he is suspended for substance abuse the team can recoup his bonus.i am also under the impression that if he is suspended we cannot cut him until he comes back from his suspension. it might be shady but if i was the team i would reclaim all his bonus and make him play for his base salary. he would be really cheap then. and RB would not be such a high priority at that point. in the end though he can only blame himself.
