DON'T get a used Xbox, cause when you get the ROD you have to mail it in and the xbox holds the users info so they would't send you a Xbox back cause its not in your name.

If you really want a used xbox360..you can try going to a local game store like Game Stop or Game Crazy and see if they have a used one..

its not going to be cheap..but it will be cheaper than a new one.

Thats stupid to say because when you call in you just have to tell them that the 360 has a new owner and they will redo everything so the 360 is in ur name

I don't think you should get a used one, it's unbelievable, no quality warranty. And it's not expensive to get a new one on chritmas sale. Recently I just got one for $252, you can check out
