This was our top ten 2007 salaries. With Lepsis and Smith retired; Walker, Wilson and Gold gone where the hell has all our cap money gone.

Simple...Jets, we got him from there and had his contract re-structered and thats what we got.

But yea, the cap can help or hurt your free agency and the Broncos have kinda hurt themselves with picking up players that don't work out *Cough Walker Cough*

We signed him to that contract as a free agent. The Jets had nothing to do with it.

Believe me.. Cutler will be making more than him soon enough... Look at Bargain Bens deal on SI or EPSN (102 Mill for 8 years)


Cutler will make more than that I am guessing on the second deal. :coffee:

The amazing thing about Ben's deal is $35 million is guaranteed!!! The only person in the history of the NFL to have more guaranteed money ($36 m) ended up in jail and forfeited his contract:eek:
