10/28/2008- I have received my Xbox 360 back from Microsoft. (11 day turn around time not bad Microsoft not bad) Also significant to the return of my Xbox 360 is I got it back just 5 hours before I picked up Fallout 3 (awesome) and just 08 Days, 3 Hours, & 27 Minutes before Gears of War 2.

Now, for the downer... Those Bastards sent me another Xbox 360 with a Xenon Pro board which means it's only a matter of time before I'm boxing it up and shipping it back to Texas again. And my consolation prize for all this trouble ONE whole month of Xbox Live Gold... ... ... Oh and a box to ship this one away when it R.R.o.D.'s

Anyways... Just thought I'd let everone know my Xbox 360 Has Returned!! :dance:

Once I have the money (repeating myself) I'm going to buy a PlayStation 3. At the time I bought my Xbox 360 the game library was far superior so I had to go with the 360. Im not a fanboy (again) but I hate the Wii.

I finally gave up on the 360. I had a Falcon system(cooler running system)and the dvd drive went out on it. 2 weeks after shipping it off to MS, they sent me another Falcon system, but this one looked dirty and scratched up. They said I could send it back in, but there was no guarantee I would receive a system in better condition. I ended up selling it after I got yet more disc read errors, and I'm now I'm sticking with my PS3. The games aren't as good as the 360's, but atleast it works. I'm sure the newest made systems are better, but I'm not betting another $300 on it. I hate not being able to play Gears 2 though.:sad:

That sucks man. The 360 I got back (although a Xenon pro) was in good shape and it has the BenQ Drive so it runs alot quieter then my last one... And just for the record Gears of War 2 is maybe just maybe the single greatest game this year hands down.
