This guy is a beast and if he falls to the second round like espn has him on their first mock draft he would be great.
Here is a crazy sack filled highlight of him:

Things to notice:
Speed- Is the fastest DE I've ever seen
Spin Move- Similar to Dwight Freeney's
Closing Speed- Extremely Quick to Close in
Strength- Shows strength against VT's O-line throwing the offensive tackle
Initial Quickness: Gets off the snap faster than anyone I've ever seen

He would be a better in the 3-4 defense as a olb then as a de.

Yep, if we went 3-4 (as I have been shamelessly promoting) him and Sintim as our first two picks would be sick.

Brown DJ Larsen Sintim <---- very respectable 3-4 LB unit.

I'll be surprised if Brown drops out of round one, but I guess anything could happen.

Or we could just move Dumervil and Moss to OLB and draft B.J. Raji to play NT (or Maualuga to be our other ILB).

i would take him in the second if we stick with the 4-3 or go 3-4

I'm sorry if this is a little blunt, but Brown has far more talent than moss. The guy has way more production than Moss did in college, and is a bit more polished already as a junior.

Anybody that compares Moss to Brown, are probably the same people that were comparing Clady to George Foster last year.

You can't base talent off of production alone. There have been plenty of players from all different positions who were uber productive in college but did nothing in the NFL. The talent is there with Moss, and I'm not giving up on him yet, but obviously he has a ways to justify where he was drafted.

Everette Brown is a carbon copy of Kamerion Wimbley, another FSU DE now with the Cleveland Browns, and Wimbley hasn't set the NFL on fire yet. Like Wimbley, Brown will probably go to a 3-4 team to play that rush OLB spot. I don't think Brown translates well to 4-3 DE at all. He'll be a one-trick pony who relies on the speed rush, but will not be able to bull rush and will be washed out often defending the run.

I'm not giving up on Moss until a new good defensive coaching staff can't do anything with him. And I totally disagree that Brown will be limited to being a speed rusher. There is no doubt he'll need to add a little bit of strength, but I still feel there is a possibility for him to play RE.

I trust what I see in his production. The guy gets to the quarterback, and that's what we need. You can never have enough pass rushers imho. And hell, it is a very real possibility we switch to a 3-4 if we bring in a HC that wants one anyway. I won't be mad, upset or surprised if we pass up on Brown, but I think he's extremely underrated, and anyone that needs a pass rusher would be lucky to have him.
