The key word being *may*

Unlikely
1. Larry English
2. Clay Matthews
3. Aaron Maybin

50/50
1. Clint Sintim
2. Robert Ayers
3. Paul Kruger

Very Likely
1. Connor Barwin
2. Matt Shaughnessy
3. David Veikune

The 2nd Round is likely a bad round to find an OLB/DE. If we really want one, we are going to have to nab one at #12 like Everette Brown or Brian Cushing. Otherwise, reach for Larry English or Aaron Maybin.

The Mid-2nd Round is not a great round for LB/DE type.

Agreed. I have a tendency to believe Clay Matthews is in the 50/50 range. I don't think his hype will hold up.

As far as Sintim. I know that Kiper is guessing he will be a ILB but I don't see it and neither to most of the other draft experts. Todd McShay and the boys and Scouts inc point out (and I agree from what I have seen) - Sintim does one thing well and that is get after the passer. he is not terribly fluid in his movement and will likely struggle in space and and coverage.

Personally I don't see how he will translate well to the ILB position in the NFL. But I have been wrong many times before...

It is not that bad...I am high on Barwin and Shaughnessy, let alone Sintim may be available. You may not be so high on them, but there is still talent to be found in the second for the position.

I think Ayers goes into the unlikely bin rather than 50/50, he's getting attention and is rising quickly.

He gave Andre Smith a lot of trouble. Don't know if any other DE in the league can accomplish that. Also had pretty good Senior bowl performance

Mayock has him as the #1 DE.

Negatives
A bit of a one year wonder
Character Question marks.

Personally, I would go with Sintim if I was going OLB in the 2nd. I don't know why some think he isn't a good fit there. Kind of silly if you ask me.

If you watched the Senior Bowl or read the reports Sintim didn't do to well and more then likely can only rush the passer. So your probably right with the not being a ILB.
