no way, he is not worth that #1 pick contract that will follow... Trade with the Browns to get Quinn or Anderson and a 2nd rounder, or use Simms this year and try to get one of the quality QB's in next years draft.

This is retarded!!! If we are going to get another Qb its not going to be through the draft. QB in this year draft are weak. I would trade for Brady Quinn. Take Detriot first and second and spend the first on Aaron Curry

We could probably get Quinn and the Browns #1 for Jay. Quinn would almost be like a bonus, anyway. They'd want to get rid of him to clear some cap space because they have Jay, and they have Anderson as a capable backup. Then we could draft Raji and Rey, and have a future at the QB.

Also, that makes no sense. That's pratically putting our franchise back 3 years having to start over with a rookie QB. How would any progress come from that?

I like the idea of trading for the number 1 pick, ONLY if we are certain there is a team that is looking to move UP to that number one pick so we can reap the benifits of its trade value.
