The only thing I did to the roster was release Mobley, and sign Byron Chamberlain. Other than that, I left it alone. Is it just me, or is it hard as hell to run the ball effectively with Q? I've yet to have a 100 yard game with him, but Bell has had two so far and Hearst is relegated to 3rd down back.

Carswell is a 83 at tight end. He also blocks extremely well for the run. You need to have a tight end that can block because Foster is the lowest rated lineman. Weaver can catch better but I gave that up for better blocking. It really helps on anything outside. Also Q and Bell dont break tackles at all really. So you will have to use Anderson or Hearst to bang. They are rated alot higher than Q and Bell at breaking tackles. Hope that helps.

i ran on for 290 yrds on the chiefs yesterday..whats so great about this game is the reality..the talent margin in the real NFL is MUCH slimmer than it was in madden 04 so a 75 rnk rb is not as bad as you would think...

its all about patience and waiting for blocks to develop and hitting the holes in this, and you can run any rb with success as long as he has avg speed unlike 04 where you can just pummel fools with lewis or stephen davis...

q is dammnn solid..

No offense or anything because I love the game as well, but seeing these two statements together made me laugh. I know the Chiefs defense sucks but 290 yds. in one game is not exactly reality........................atleast not most of the time.

cmon now its the chiefs..i was held to 119 against jacksonville earlier today tho... i can say my run game is nearly unstoppable in any madden format, but my D is horrible now..to many temting options and too little time to lab all day even with the MA shht all around...

Nalen.............RB:Bell, Griffin, and I got Portis back :D , Hearst........DE: Strahan, Pryce..........DLB: got Ian Gold back, Derrik Brooks.........ILB: Ray Lewis and Al Wilson (Urlacher is also on there just not a starter)...................CB: Ty Law, Champ......................FS: Kennedy.................SS: Lynch
So ya............if football was an olympic sport........this would be team U.S.A lol

uhhhh its not like the players talk to you after every game lmfao and I start plummer then 2nd quarter vick plays 3rd quarter Eli manning and 4th quarter plummer again

I traded John mobley and someone else(i forgot) and i got derrick brooks, signed chamberlain. And during the season, Hearst and hayward were complaining because they werent startig so i traded them both to the rams and got Steven Jackson, a LOB, and a defensive end. I also traded adrian madise and a second round pick to the chiefs and I got Dante Hall.

and so i have a quadruple threat at running back, Tatum is my featured, jackson when he gets tired, anderson when i need to eat up clock and pound it to em, and griffin for screens and stuff
