Ok first of all why can't they do something better with the hiring coaching staff parts of the game? Shouldn't having a certain type of coach be a difference maker to your whole team? I know some coaches have the + or - in stats ratings but besides that the other coaches that have none of those are going to do what to your team? Nothing?
My other question is why do they even bother with the scouting agency stuff? They give you like 4 options one of which gives you an agency that can scout 24 people so wouldn't you just naturally assume you'd pick that anyways rather then the rest?
