Trade Question

Alright guys I've a question. I dunno how much time I have but I got my players and my Kicker has turned out to be Vanderjagt (sp?) now I know he's a superb kicker but I proposed to trade him for Elam. What do you guys think? According to the Fantasy stats, Vanderjagt is suppose to be the better pick...but we all know Elam is the best kicker in the NFL :D

Thoughts?

I would stick with Vanderjagt....even if Elam is a better kicker...The Colts have a much more dangerous offense...IMO he'll probably end up with more field goal and extra point attempts than Elam, so he'll prob. end up with more fantasy points as well. IMO

simple vanderjagt kicks in a dome, elam kicks outside. Even if elam were better, which is a stretch at best, the fact that vanderjagt has half of his games in a controlled environment makes him the best fantasy player between the two.

I agree with 9 times out of 10 although I don't think it will hurt him too bad if he makes this trade. Sometimes there is such a bad thing as getting a kicker on a offense that is TOO good. Could be alot of extra points but not many field goals. On the Denver side of it, our offense has looked mediocre at best and Elam may get more field goal oppertunities than Vanderjagt.

But my bottom line is that they are fairly even and if that's the case then don't make a trade.

I've decided to cancel the trade. Because I think either way I end up with a good kicker, so I will rely on my other players to make my kicker situation a non-issue :D
