Another big blow for the Chiefs: S Eric Berry out for the season with a torn ACL suffered at start of Week 1 loss to Bills.

Sucks for them, I never wish a serious injury on anyone (rival or not). Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Thx,
Joe

Yeah, we just traded for him, we sent them Mitch Unrein and a draft pick.

Agreed... Would rather face rivals at full strength.

KC may end up with Luck.

Good for the division but hate it for Eric, he is a VERY talented safety. Chiefs are going to miss him this year.

was just about to post this. Wish the best to Eric. Helps Denver out for at least 2 games though.

Wow. Chiefs are really done for this season.

It's good for us in the same way losing Dumervil was good for the Chargers, Raiders, and Chiefs last year.

Hope he makes a clean recovery though :salute:

KC may end up with Luck.

This is a very real, and terrifying, possibility.

No way...

Seattle will take the number 1 spot. The cheifs despite losing their saftey are WAAAAAAAYYYYYY better than seattle. Seattle blows, like really. They suck.

The cheifs lost a saftey and a TE....They will be ok. Def not div champs, but they should win at least 6 games.

Seattle imo will win like 4.

Wow that blows for the Chiefs... But it's good in our perspective.

But still, I hope he heals soon. Tearing your ACL is never good.

When Ty Warren and Syd'quan Thompson got hurt i thought it was the end of the season for us,it must be the same feeling for the Chiefs and Chargers losing players. It should be a good race for division Champs this season.

Always hate to see a stud like him get injured, division rival or not. He was a guy I really wanted us to try and possibly trade up to grab coming out of college.

This is so much worse than just losing a greatttt safety, our back
ups were getting destroyed by an average, at best, TE and 4th string
Buffalo Bill WR.

No good.

So pretty much what we went through last year when we lost DOOM for the season, i know the feeling.

We literally have nobody capable of replacing him.

Look how ironic. Stevie Johnson lost his composure after Rahim Moore hit Donald Jones hard in the preseason. And then Johnson tears Eric Berry's ACL with a cut block.

This is bad.
