Does anyone know where i can download a free GIF animator? I found a good one where you load the bmp or jpg files,set the time for each, and it exports it as an animated GIF. the only problem is that its a "demo mode" so it puts up a stupid demo bar at the top, so is there any program yall use to animate gifs that i can download somewhere?
