my advice

dont hue the players like that, keep them their original colors, instead try doing this to blend them

1. Click on the layer with the stock photo
2. in your layers pallete on the bottom,their is a rectangle with a circle on it, click that, that opens a vector layer
3. brush over the player to make it blend in, but not completely over him, just a little bit to blend it in

your bg is nice, but the way your are presenting the stock, and the typo is just ugly. Keep working on it
