Dude, this episode, like the last two, are just set up episodes. The creators are setting the stage for the season's end. You can't always have action, you have to let the characters and plot evolve and then unleash the monster in the conclusion. Just wait, the next two epidsodes will be worth it.

I love the fact that the creators put so much in to making the characters real and known. It is something that Hollywood doesn't do much of today.

i think it's crazy how everone wants to stay on the island....the kid wants to stay, i believe in one episode locke said he wanted to stay, that one lady wants her husband not to go on the raft....hmmmmm

but yeah, i thought it kinda sucked, but the journey is never half as good as the destination

Kid changed his mind and wants to split now... but overall it has been a pretty good gradual build up to the season finally, I think the series so far has been pretty well paced.
