I really hate that guy. He's got the same damn advice for everyone.

For Men

"Why don't you start being a man and taking care of your business? That's what we do in Texas."

For Women

"You need to get your crap together and start being a woman because a man isn't going to do it for you."

Seriously, he expects people to be open and honest about their deep problems on a television show where millions of people have the potential to be watching and judging? He's an asshat and so is anyone that takes him seriously.

He may have done some acutal psychology work back in a day but now that he's got his own show his therapy sessions go something like this.

Guest : "Dr. Phil, I'm a sexaholic!"

Dr. Phil "Keep it zipped up idiot."
**Audience erupts in cheers** :confused:

Boy am i glad i am not the only one who thinks this way. What annoys me most is the way he expects all these problems to be solved in a short tv session. And then expects everyone to live this perfect life where the male should go out work 100 hours a week and the women should go out work half that and raise two perfect kids. In the end its just nothing more than an hour long plug for whatever garbage he is trying to sell.

I hate the similes (not smilies!) that he comes up with. Some of them just don't make any sense. I think the parody shows like SNL and MAD TV do a good job of making fun of him, so in the end I am sort of glad he has a TV show, just so I can laugh at him when SNL makes fun of him.

It's amazing that people would listen to psychologists who are even more messed up than they are! Dr. Phil's been married like 3 times, and he's on air dispensing adice on relationships? That's almost laughable.
