In my experience, I have had some that were comparable in size to a man's head and many more others that were more similar in size to mine...

I find that it's all about how they are worn...does she appear disproportionate?

Alright I will elaborate further. I dislike people that spend the money to change their face or their body. They are fake. I dislike fakes very, very, very much. The second someone goes to have surgery altering their physical body I lose all respect for them. Even if I had a billion dollars I wouldn't change my face. I might change my name though. But never my face or any other part of my body. Unless of course I had a severe injury that required plastic surgery ... if it was that serious. Like if I lost an eye and had a huge scar over it I would live with that. But If I was in a car crash and lost my nose, and ended up with a second mouth on my face then, of course, I would get corrective surgery.

I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one to have voted for huge ones! Let's be honest, fellas.... I know I'm not the only breast man out there. But, I agree w/earlier statement that fake boobs (and any cosmetic surgery) are a definite turn-off and scream "self-image problems".
