This guy is ranking right up there with Dale Carter as far as a bad free agent signing....

What the hell? I knew he wasn't living up to expectations but I'd hoped it was just due to his injury.

This detrimental conduct suspension is a major concern. Can't wait to hear the details.

This guy is truly one of the Broncos worst off-season acquisitions ever. He dislocates his wrist in a fight outside of a pancake house and misses half the season. In the few games that he has played, his production has been minimal. Definitely not worth the 34.4 million contract he signed!! As far as I'm concerned, the defense has done alright without him so good riddance!

Welcome Back Jake and Go Broncos!!

Another free agent bust ( Dale Carter, Eddie Kennison) lets all hope that Jake works out for us...

NO big loss, he missed the first few games and wasn't going to play at 100% until next year, and that's if he can stay out of IHOP.

Doesn't Gardner have the same two-tiered contract that Jake has? After the second season, the Broncos should be able to opt out of his contract without paying the balance of his signing bonus. Smart move by the Broncos.

On 850 KOA this morning Adam Schecter said the players actually took a bunch of video about Gardner's lack of production to the coaches, who then blasted Gardner in front of the team. It wasn't just game performance either. Apparently there were many little things like being late to meetings.

I'd say it looks like the Broncos are giving Gardner a chance to redeem himself. Gardner now has the opportunity to improve his attitude and performance or expect to be working elsewhere pretty soon.

Uh.... yeah. right. whatever you say.

Raiders have lost 3 players for roids and we have lost 1 due to Ganja and another with a poor attitude who wasn't producing anyway. Just how does this add up to us having bigger personnel issues than the Raiders?

That is what 950 the FAN reported also this morning.

Maybe this is what he needs, a wake up call. When you have Mike Shanahan as the GM and Head Coach and he suspends you for a "behavioral" problem, then you better look at what your doing.

Gardner if he would play up to his potential could really be a FORCE with our defense. So far we have not seen it. I don't know if has been personal problems or what, but I would agree so far he has been a bust.

He does have a lot of potential and I hope he does take this personal and steps up and gives what he has.

We need everyone working together and no interruptions. We have already had the "Deltha factor" and now this...
