How many teams in your league? What type of scoring system? Without that info it will be tough to give you a real good opinion. Here goes.

QBs-
Good pair. Any time you have Manning...you'll contend.

RBs-
Very weak. Bell is not guaranteed the starting job, Staley will start but has a history of injury, not to mention that J.Bettis will take carries/touchdowns from him. Faulk is no longer the starter in St.Louis although he will see plenty of playing time.

WRs-
I like your top 3 receivers, Glenn I'm not wild about however

TEs-
If Heap stays healthy you'll be in GREAT shape. Johnson is a very good backup.

Ks and D/ST-
Ehhh, who knows how kickers will produce...same with defenses.

Overall-
You desperately need to improve your RBs. Manning will keep you in most of your weeks (especially if you get 6pts per passing TD). Also, Bell and Faulk have the same bye week. Along with inproving you RBs, you need to carry 4 in my opinion. If I were you I'd be tempted to see if you could trade Faulk and Johnson to the S.Jackson owner for a better RB. If not that, see what Johnson might bring you (I wouldn't expect much, but you never know). You could carry just Heap and get a 4th RB. Come week 3 when Baltimore is on its bye week you could drop Glenn and pick up a TE to replace Heap that week.
