I like the effect on the logo, looks like the logos in Madden on the "Icon" page.

The pictures don't looked balanced. Plummer's huge and then you have a faded picture of Lelie and then another picture of him. It's not too balanced. I recommend you do it kind of like algebra, whatever you do to one side you do to the other. Not in all cases but a lot of times.
