I say Bell over Westbrook.

We wern't supposed to run on the Jags, but we did.

Same thing with redskins but we ran over them too.

The eagles threw the ball 54 times last game, so obviously they don't utilize the run.

Westbrook will have couple catches but I think bell would do better. :D

Just my 2 cents

Gotta go with Westbrook..he's just the better back, and like it was said, if he doesn't get the rushing yards, he'll most certainly get the receiving ones.

Who did you take out of the lineup in order to start tatum? If you had two spots open to begin with, then it doesn't matter.

If you get points for receptions, you should definitely start westbrook. He had what, like 10 receptions last week? Even if he doesnt get many yds, he would pile up receptions. If you dont get pts for receptions, play bell possibly if sheppard doesnt start because they wont be able to stack the line as much and if he does play, go with westbrook.
