So its a huge mathcup for me this week. Playing the #1 guy in my division and i'm at #2. If I win were tied but I will be in first because of points for and against.

So I have stumbled on a few things.

My fantasy page says Plummer, Anderson and Smith may struggle vs the dallas D.

So do I listen to the site. Put in Jerry Porter for Rod Smith. And Reuben Droughns for Anderson. Plummer is staying in my starting lineup.

Droughns plays the Vikings and Porter plays Miami

As I sit here, Anderson stays and Smith may change. Due to Cowboys low passing yards against @ home (avg.168 yrds)

Any thoughts? :)

Easy for me on this one my friend. Rod Smith. Has good speed and has proven to get the job done. Joey Porter is a good WR but I don't think he will put up Rod's numbers.

Dallas has a great D and every passing teams production has gone down the week they faced them.

just like last year Porter started slow and turned it on, which he is doing now. he has 4 TDs over the last 4 games.

if R. Moss occupies Madison that'll leave Travis Daniels, or Reggie Howard to cover Porter.

No doubt Raiders will run the ball with Z. Thomas out, but Porter will get his looks.

After the recent showings of Jerry Porter, how can you not go with him? He's obviously the go to guy with Moss's bum wheel, be he often isn't covered with a top corner. Rod has been solid, but Denver's offense cannot gaurantee receiving totals like Oakland's can. In fact, Lelie has started to take more receptions and yards away from Smith in recent games. If that isn't enough to start Porter over Smith, than the opposing defenses they face should be enough. You simply cannot expect Smith to do good against Dallas because he's a wily vet. This is fantasy football, not a real game. Porter will give you the numbers you seek.

personally, i try to never have 2 guys from the same team on my starting lineup. Because 9 out of 10 times one or the other disappoints you. That being said, I'd probably keep Anderson in your lineup and sit Smith. Don't ask me why, I just think Anderson has a better chance of finding the endzone than Droughens does. Vikings have stepped up bigtime with their run defense.

Well. I put Anderson in and took Smith out. Anderson got me 1 point :ugh: and Smith got 11 on the bench. Maybe Droughns was the better option.

But at least we won vs the Cowboys.
