Anyone have any good snack ideas for folks that are hosting playoff parties?
I have a goood queso recipie:

1 CrockPot
1 lb. ground country sausage (either hot or sage)
1 bar velveeta mexican cheese, mild
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
enough milk to fill can to top

Cook country sausage in pan. Drain
Chop up velveeta cheese into hunks.
Toss all into Crockpot
Add can of cream of mushroom soup and can of milk

Cover and and stir occasionaly, letting cheese melt.

Serve with chips or scoops.

Serves about a dozen folks....

Nachos! Get some tortilla chips and some shredded cheese. Put tons of cheese on the chips, microwave it and you got yourself some nachos.

Start out with some BBQ Bengal wings but that would be tough to swallow.

Then, Some Colt stew would sure hit the spot! ;)
