carruci thinks the panthers are more of a superbowl contender than bears. It's funny how things change after one game. Everyone thought so highly of the panthers before they played the bears in the reguler season and look what happened.. and they did that with orton. Now that they have grossman they arent as one dimensional as everyone thinks they are.

And why is that? Because the Bears, like the Broncos, are not flashy. They dont have any media whore offensive stars (though steve smith is no TO, the media still loves him). They win games with a strong defense and a consistent attack. The Bears have the same caliber of defense that the Ravens rode to a Super Bowl title, and are much elss anemic on offense. The media likes flashy stars. Championship Rings like gritty players who take care of business.
