LOL, indy were not unbeaten at home when you played them....also, didnt they beat the cards by only 3 points in the last game????
anyway, we are not the colts and this is no pansy dome.....WE ARE THE DENVER BRONCOS......BETTER THEN THE COLTS.....which is why we are hosting the AFC champ. game on sunday.
let me tell you steelers fans the way its worked ALL season when teams come to mile high....
- they talk smack all week
- the media smacks us as well
- then the game comes and we hand the other team their asses
- the fans leave the board never too be heard from again
i see the cycle is going again, steeler fans - LISTEN TO THE MEDIA FOR YOUR RALLY CRY...............WE DENVER FANS KNOW WE ARE GOING TO WIN ON SUNDAY

Is this some kind of rap song?? You better stick to your fantasy of 50 cent, because you know nothing about football!!

i like rap music but no, this is not a rap song.
what i stated has happened 9 times this season already.
also, i am willing to bet that i know alot more about football then you although i am unwilling to get into a worthless argument as its not my thing.

Weren't we getting all mad because the Patriots were all-but-guaranteed victory because they were 10-0 in their previous 10 playoff games and Tom Brady was unbeaten in the playoffs?
Numbers mean nothing, especially now.

This is why home field advantage means so much to Denver...
We don't need artificial crowd noise (*cough*Indy*cough*) to get something going.

One thing that isn't often brought up is that last year, when pittsburgh was 15-1 with an AFC championship game at home against an underdog....no one beat us at home that year either.

OK and why are you comparing your squeeler team from last year to our Broncos team this year???The Broncos are definately not taking the steelers lightly, and Shanahan along with several other players and members of the orginization know what level of play it takes to reach a superbowl as we have been there recently and the steelers have'nt. I just don't see the reason in this comparison, only that both teams were and are undefeated at home.

Thank You Steelers for choosing to not arrive till Saturday.
Let's see, that will give you NOT ENOUGH time to acclimate
to the Rocky Mountain Altitude. Just like a car, a BUS from
the flatlands needs an adjustment to RUN properly out here,
especially a BUS carrying around WAY TOO MUCH cargo!!!

Honestly now, doesn't it seem like the chest thumping from both sides has got to an incredibly pathetic and rather juvenile level. Let's just play the damn game already and save the "my team can beat up your team" ....until after the game.

I'm not gonna sit here and talk smack because it's stupid and pointless. None of us play the game. Both our teams are good. Only fact I'm going to point out is that yes maybe the steelers were 9-0 last year before the AFCG. The difference is that Denver as a franchise is 4-0 at home in the AFCG. Overall 6-1 only loss on the road to the Bills. On the other hand under Bill cowher the Steelers are 1-4 in AFCG. That is the only possible stat that shows one team has an edge over either. we're both good and both have a damn good chance of winning because as they say it's any given sunday. And obviously cowher has that 1 given sunday in an AFCG. With that being Said go BRONCOS but good luck Steelers. I dont wish anything bad on your team just for good things to happen to mine

Looks like the Sports Illustrated Jinx is going to be at work again this weekend. Rothleswhatever on the cover?!?! Hmmmm looks like we know who's gonna have a crappy game.
And not to hi-jack the thread but I just noticed Bronx2003's sig......
....do you honestly think 50 Pennies is the King of rap? I think he is a great marketing agent for himself, but the King of rap? Do you really listen to Hip Hop or just what the radio and videos play? You must because there are 100's of MC's better than 50 Pennies. They may not be marketing themselves as well (or for the most part just don't want that exposer) but they are certianly better with the lyrical skillz. I mean he's monotone, talks about the same nonsence that errone else is, sounds just like errone else sounds, etc, etc, etc....oooo but he's been shot and made a movie of his so calles life :coffee: :duh: Like he's the only person from the ghetto or that's been shot....whatever.
Sorry to get off the subject and Bronx2003, am I in no way trying to start trash or dog you out......
...I just get frd up with the (Clear Channel) media force feeding the youth of today (and everyone else for that matter) with this junk they call Hip Hop. It's only hot if you sound like errone else. And that really tick's me off because there are many a MC who deservers some more recgonition and respect and a lot more that are riding on the coat tails of another artists......"Ooo my homeboy made it so that means I can automatically make it even if I suck." "I just need to have him as a guest on a few (all) of the tracks." I get tired of hearin a song with 50 Pennies, then they go into another song, and the third song is a different artist but it's got 50 Pennies rapping on it. I'm like "didn't we just hear 50 Pennies?" There are enough good songs out there for the radio stations to play a new one for a whole month without playing the same one twice......but whatever......
Again sorry for changing the subject and to Bronx2003....no hard feelings.

1st off ... nobody gives a damn about hip hop on this board. If you already know you're about to hi-jack a thread, why apologize for it? Just don't do it.
Secondly, had you done your homework you'd realize that Roethlisberger is on the cover or the REGIONAL SI not the NATIONAL that is prone to the jinx. Guess who's on the NATIONAL? ...... hehehe, I thought I'd save the best for last..... that's right, you guessed it .....Jake Plummer and his 70's porn stash!

Being UNDEFEATED at home doesn't mean anything to the Steelers who have lost their last 3 AFC Championships there.
Denver happens to have the second best homefield winning percentage of all time, so it means something to us.
