Well young Alan the baseball / football expert is here.

Explaining a no hitter is very simple. Actually, it is a hard feat to due in baseball. Considering that a pitcher (s) must face at least 27 batters in a game to accomplish a no hitter.

A pitcher does not allow any batter to safely reach base due to a base hit.
A player can reach by a walk (base on balls), an error, but not a base hit in order for it to be a no hitter.

{A base hit is the result of the batter hitting a ball and reaching base without an error comitted by the defense.}
