I think it will be Oran in Denver that wins, and I think that Jeff in Richmond will get ran.

I think "Randy" in Houston will win. I don't know why, but for some reason Rome loves "his" calls. Maybe because of the reaction they get.

It sucks that Rome doesn't go with the best call. He has his favorites, and won't let a first timer win. Last year the best call was some dude from Knoxville. It was his first time, so he got like 8th.

I doesn't matter who wins though. It's the best Rome show of the year and something I've been looking forward to since he announced the date.

Greg tore it up. I think he's had the best call so far.

Oran was doing good. But like rime I didn't know where he was going. I wish he would have let him go a little longer. I wanted to see what he was going to say about Bill in Knoxville.

hehe! I might start calling after the smack off is over. I usually don't have time to be on hold as long as you need to to get through with my current job. Maybe some day I'll take a two hour lunch and go off. :D

How about Casey in Vegas! I didn't think his call was that great, but he smacked the Broncos for drafting Cutler :rockon: and then ripped Cutler saying he looks like Lloyd on Dumb and Dumber.

J.T. the Brick won the first Smack-Off, and was offered a radio position from a competing radio network; Although Rome continues to invite J.T. each year, he otherwise ignores the Brick, since he resents the younger host's defecting to a competing network (though both currently work for Premiere Radio Networks; J.T. for the Fox Sports Radio division).

Doc Mike and Jeffrey Di Tolla both competed strong, with Jeffrey (also known as Esquire) winning Smack-Off II. Doc Mike was a heavy favorite to win the first competition, but was beaten out by the now-famous J.T. the Brick.

Hey, the man gots to get paid.

I think Brick's got a great show. Him and Tom Looney are a great team. Looney's one of the best score announcers ever. I freaking love the Brickhouse.

Man, I can't wait to get out at 2 to catch the last hour of the smackoff! I'm sorry I missed Oren in Denver... that guy's awesome.

Way to go The Cablinasian, As far as JT goes, you are right Whodey, a man does have to get paid, however, there is a right way to go about it, and I think that he did it poorly.
