Yesterday I was running Bloomsday which is a huge event in Spokane Washington, but I was witness to something very horible. I saw a man who had collapsed. He had a heart attack and eventually died dispite the efforts to revive him.

He leaves behind a son and a daughter.

May he rest in peace. God be with Mr. Blochs' family in their time of grief. Mrs. Bloch you and your children will be in our prayers.

This is sad.....so sudden....may he rest in peace and may God comfort his family in this time of need...

I still got knots in my chest from just being there. It is just so strange to see a man die like that.

I hate to hear that, but I've heard of it happening before.
Being a runner myself, that is spooky. You see people who are in great shape, been running for years-they just up and die of heart failure.

I'm still running, though.
