I watched it yesterday. I didn't remember him, but I saw him fight about a year ago. Collazo gave him a tough fight. There was a couple/few rounds that could have gone either way but it looked like the judges gave them all to Hatton.

yeah they gave him alot of rounds just because of his relentless pressure

I thought Collazzo won the fight, Hatton needs to show more or Mayweather is gonna take his head off.

Haha. I think you're right. Mayweather might be too fast for Hatton. But Hatton jumping up a class and fighting a southpaw was a huge test.

how did you think collazzo won the fight? Hatton wasnt knocked down and was on the offensive the whole fight except for 30 seconds in the final round. it was a close fight but hatton did win it.

ya, i agree that hatton won it. collazzo gave a better showing than i had expected (only because i had never heard of him). it was a good fight, and i thought the judges got it right.

i also agree that mayweather would take hattons head off. i think collazzo only had somthing like 7 KOs, but he landed a ton of clean blows on hatton. and hatton even admitted he was hurt a couple of times. i think if mayweather lands the same kind of shots, hatton goes down.

It looked to me that Hatton wasn't really landing anything. The knockdown was more of a balance thing. It didn't look like he hurt Collazzo at all. It was close. I thought the cleaner more effective blows were thrown and landed by Callazzo. Just because Hatton was moving forward doesn't mean he was more effective. But it wasn't robbery or anything, it was a close fight.
