What are some of the best or your favorite sports players names of all time?

Mine are

Hakan Loob who used to play for the Calgary Flames in the 80s. Chris Berman has had fun with this one.

Lloyd World be Free of NBA fame in the 80s. I think the name is cool.

Di@k Trickle of NASCAR-need I say more

Coco Crisp of the Red Sox. Makes you wonder what he eats in the morning

Dennis Oil Can Boyd of the Sox of the 80s. Hothead he was

Milton Bradley formerly of the Dodgers he is another hothead, maybe he is mad at his parents for the name.

Pat Verbeek of the Hartford Whalers and he did kind of have a big beak (I can relate Pat I do to sorry)

What do you think

A couple of other fun ones are

Pierre Mondu from the Canadiens of the 1970s

Ken "the Rat" Linseman for the Bruins, Flyers and Oilers in 80s and 90s

Ray "Chicken Parm" Ferraro I believe from being Italian (I am as well  )

Wristo Siltanen a defenseman for the Hartford Whalers and Quebec Nordiques. get it a wrist shot by a defenseman

and finally

Bruce Shoebottom of the Boston Bruins in the 80s. When he fought people would throw shoes on the ice at the Boston Garden and it was kind of comical

I owe you a CP for this one and when they replenish I will. :D

BTW did you sit in the South Stands at the Old Mile High. If you did it must have been awesome. I remember ***** Enberg and M Olsen saying going into the closed end of Mile High was the loudest in the league. Man I miss that place as it is where we became Bronco fans.

I forgot to add Gump Worsley and Cesar Maniago who were both NHL goalies in the 60s and 70s. They also did not wear masks and were nuts in my opinion.

I think of Cesar as "Little Cesars Pizza"
