Edmonton vs Anaheim

I think this will be a great series that either team can win. I am going to pick Edmonton because I believe they have a bit more offense and will get the job done. Oilers in 7. This is no slight to Anaheim as I would not be shocked to see them win.

Michael Peca just scored a nice breakaway goal top shelf and the Duck look cooked to me down 2-0 with 17:36 left already leading 2-0.

The Oilers are very feisty and deserve credit.

I am not rooting in this series. I just wanted to see better more competetive hockey. :ugh:

Samsonsov just set up a beautiful goal to Staios and it is now 3-0. The Oilers look like they will have a choke hold on the Series.

Unless the 1975 Islanders can inspire Anaheim starting on Thursday. The Oilers will be in the Finals for the first time since 1990 when they Beat the Bruins (damn I had to bring up bad memories :mad: )

Anheim had a great chance with about 15 seconds left but the puck jump of one of the forwards sticks with an open net.

Kudos to Edmonton. The Ducks are in BIG trouble :eek:

They outplayed Edmonton for one period yesterday, but the Oil buckled down. They sure didn't deserve to win...that Pisani goal was a disgrace.

Niedermayer needs to be more aggresive. He glides through the neutral zone and slot...untouched. Yet he continues to pass the puck off. SHOOT THE PUCK!
