Rod's Injury/Hamstring?

How bad is it? Article on Sheffler mentions Rod tweaked it, but Shanny said it could be more serious. Has anyone heard anything? Personally. He doesn't need the practice. i say sit him out until maybe the second preseason game. Can't lose him.Luckily if it is bad, he has some time to get better. Bah, I hate Training camp injuries.

From what I heard on 950 The Fan this morning, its just a tweak. Shanny has always been really careful with hammy injuries. Very cautious.

So he will sit Rod out 2, maybe 3 days. He wants to give guys in camp extra days to heal and be healthy.

They also had a clip from Darrent Williams. He said his ankle is just sore, but feeling better, and that now is not the time to be playing through pain and injury. Plenty of time for that during the regular season!

I think with it being hot outside and Rod being older than dirt, these little things are bound to happen.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.
