For now I'm going to leave the draft time the way it is but if there are a majority that can't make it, I might be tempted to move it. If it changes I'll let everyone know accordingly. Be sure to rank your players if you can't make the draft or you can use the default rankings but it's more fun to rank them on your own...

OK, if you can't make the draft, then you can pre-rank your players and the computer will draft in your place. Or, if you all prefer and think it's unfair that some people can make it while others can't, I can make it an auto-draft where the computer picks everybody's team.....
