My friends have been telling dat if da trade involing portis for Baliey and a second round pick, happen da broncos are likely to draft Stephen Jackson in da first round or Maurice Clarett in da second round wit Washington Pick (5th). I think they need to draft a TE in da first round and i wouldnt mind seeing clarett in da Orange and Blue.

I guarantee you Clarett will go in the first round. Denver doesn't have a shot with him. (Not like we need and or want him anyway. Griffin is decent and we need to draft a TE anyway depending upon the situation with Shannon)

i dont think clarett will be picked up in first round because of the big lawasuit thing but either way we shouldnt pick him, he remineds me of a moss type attitude.

clarret is just a joke. he's obviously not mature enough to play in the nfl if he says he's serious about this stuff and shows up at the combine out of shape. so i dont think the broncos should use a high second rounder on someone whos not serious about playing. he's going to be picked in the third round sometime anyways.

Its not that Portis doesnt want to help with the cap problems. He can't. Since his original contract was so small many ppl dont know that he lowest payed probowl player. He will be gettin .3mil if he stays in denver. I know its hard to believe, but its true, that was his original contract before he started playin in his rookie season. KEEP PORTIS!

We redid TD's contract after 2 good years and got hosed. I like CP and he deserves a new deal but he will not be healthy throughout his NFL career. Bananaman can draft RB's he CAN NOT draft CB's, the deal is a no brainer. As far as Mo Clarrett. PLEASE GOD NO. My Dad is a Buckeye alum and Clarrett has caused enough heartache. He is not a smart man Jenny and Shanny cares a little too much about character (on the offensive side of the ball) to draft that chump.

What in the world? Who would trade arguably the best player in football for Champ Bailey an older cornerback who doesn't have near the life or skill as Clinton Portis. I am seriously thinking about just writing off the season if they go ahead with this deal. It is just insane you don't trade Portis for ANYONE. JUST INSANE!
What else can you say, ,that is just unbelievable. Just because they have had good runners doesn't mean they can have the production that Portis has had. Is TD healthy again, is he coming back? As much as I love TD and the things he has done for the Bronco's he's not as young as Portis. gahhh I can't say anymore, I'm so pissed.

I think clarett will be gone before we have to decide whether or not to pass on him. It would be,in my opinion, between kevin jones of va teck or steven jackson of o state.Jackson went to high school in las vegas and is a tremendous athelete. I coached against him his junior and senior years as an all state standout. Although he would obviously flourish under alex gibbs' offensive line system, we definietly need to consentrate on a succesor to Sharpe. especially how well quentin looked against indy(no slouch of a defense last year).

.."an older cornerback"??????
I suppose being 13, EVERYBODY is older. I am not your teacher, so I won't fill in the answer for you. Just look up his bios for yourself (if you can figure it out).
But first, quit pissing on your leg.

And YES, TD is going to be the #1 RB for the Broncos this year.
