Problem with my Xbox

Hey my Xbox is having a problem. The disk drive doesnt open properly. Like it opens really choppy sort of. And it wont read anything!

Any of you guys ever encountered this

my xbox broke a week ago

i press the open button for the disk drive and it doesnt even open

just green lights then red lights and error code 11

the xbox disk drives suck
i dont know what to tell you but either replace your disk drive or buy an xbox 360 or a new xbox

Get a PS3 or PS2 over a X-box for 1.

And im not sure, what else you could do.

my xbox3 broke last week, it really is a load of crap, works fine for 3 months then BAM, i will get a ps3 when i get $$$$$$$$ and when they come out of course... :coffee:

This is why I do not buy consoles on release. A lot of them have so many problems they need to work out.

Have you called 1-800-4MY-XBOX yet? Try that - and be patient while they put you on hold - and they should take care of it.

When it wouldnt read my disks, it got overheated because I didnt have it cleaned. Then my hard drive completely fried. So get it cleaned.

i got a 360 and it saves all my games (madden and hockey) on the hard drive, but it tells me that there is not enough space on my hardrive to save hockey- its brand new and there are 12gbs left of free space-i returned the box and the game, got completly new of each, and still same thing,

any1 got advice for that??
