What RB do you want in a Bronco jersey from the Draft?
Short amount of options, haven't been keeping up to date on the favorites here, so I just put the ones I could think of off the top of my head. I put other so you guys can post your other prospects.

He wont make his choice until after the BCS title game. But With the four star RB they have coming in and Chris Wells looking like he will win the starting job next year he looks like he will come out.
Id like him in the second.

First, get rid of Tatum Bell...
Sign Tennessee's Chris Brown to a one year deal. Keep Mike Bell. Move Cecil Sapp back to tailback. Keep Damien Nash for a look in camp. Release Cedric Cobbs and Draft a mid-round prospect like BYU's Curtis Brown.
Or Draft Marshawn Lynch if he is available...

I would say Michael Hart looked very impressive, but I heard he's going to stay for his senior year. I definitely like Mike Bell to start, Tatum just has fumbleitis.

I've seen a few reports saying he's declared--or is going to declare (rotoworld, draft sites, etc.).
Anyways, I think we should supplement our backfield--not overhaul it. Supplement it with someone like Pittman...and under-the-radar prospect that we can get later in the draft.

I'd pick Antonio Pittman, Nate Ilaoa, or Jon Cornish.
I voted Lynch, but that dont mean I think we will, and I dont care if we dont cuz I doubt hes there unless we get up in the draft again somehow

If I had it my way, we keep Tatum.
Turf toe healed, and the O-line being one single starting unit (Aka, the same unit all year), we could see 1300 yards+ out of Tatum.
I don't think his turf toe is a sign of being injury prone, it's just an unfortunate injury.
Some call him uninspired, well, he tried getting back on the field.
A RB with lingering turf toe, would you put him on the goaline often? No, Shanahan wants to win, not pad stats for his respective RBs.
He has a healthy Mike Bell, and with that, why put a RB with lingering toe issues on there, when you have a healthy rookie to take care of the load as well?
I say we spend our money else where.
Our defense just gave up the biggest points ever by a Shanahan led team this past season.
QBs have gone games touched 0-3 times a game against us.
And you want to use a first round pick on a RB?
I'm glad some people here aren't the GMs...
We need DL and we need developing safeties. Also, we need to develop O-lineman for the long term, especially at tackle.
Once we take care of that, Tatum and Mike will provide a perfectly quality pair of RBs.

Everyone knows I'd love Marshawn Lynch.
However, I'd love Tyrone Moss, or Gary Russell in the mid-rounds too.
I really don't care, we just need a good RB, badly.

I'd like to see us take a bigger more physical back with a 3rd or 4th round.Someone like Vincent or Broussard from LSU,Moss from Miami or maybe Brian Leonard from Rutgers. We have bigger needs then spending a 1st or 2nd round pick on a RB.

Nate Ilaoa will more than likely be available in the mid to late rounds if he declares...i'm not sure how productive he can be though, but he weighs 240-some pounds.

Why not keep both Bell's and draft Michael Bush? Tatum is gonna get hurt or benched, it's inevitable. So now you have Bush to step in and you won't miss a beat.

Its well established that teams won't give up a 1st rounder even for elite talent, he will sign a tender with SD.

I want the best back in the draft..... if he goes pro
Adrian Peterson
Ravage!!!

I'm confused why people want to start Mike over Tatum. Tatum has hands DOWN been the better back when in the game. There is no comparisons. Tatum is the better runner. He's been heads above Mike when in the game.
But we do need to find a stud. I don't want to rely on Mike at all.
Ravage!!!

I want the Bronco's to draft Adrian Peterson. Lynch is good, but IMO Peterson is great. I wouldn't be surprised if Peterson droped to our pick, or if we move up the draft to try and get either one. But I just hope that we can pick one of the in the draft.

Isn't it pretty much a given that he'll get a big enough of a tender, to warrant a 1st rounder ? I've heard nothing but rave about him coming out of SD.

I think Shanny should take a long look at Gary Russell from min. this kid is filthy hes got speed power and would be a 1st round pick had he not flunked out of school. shanny could get him in the 4th round. hes got thespeed of CP and the power of m.Bell :D

Wait..........
I've got the tenders all wrong. The mid-level tender, at roughly 1.5 mil, comes with the 1st round pick.
Dayummm, I've been blithering about a 3rd round tender for weeks now...this sucks.
So, yea, I'd imagine the 1st round tender will be applied.

I'll add Correll Buckhalter to the mix as well. He really churns out consistent chunks of yardage, and he may want out of Philly because there's a guy named Westbrook there and he's not going anywhere.

The 2 seasons on the sideline with major injuries scares me, but I'll admit that he's looking good gaining tough yards

I hope every team is as convinced that Peterson is as injury prone as some people here.
Let him drop right into the Broncos lap. :D
Peterson and Tatum Bell would be ridiculous!
His injury only makes him more attractive to Shanahan. Count on it!
