6th Round pick part of Bly trade

According to the Denverpost (http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_5337197) the Broncos received the Lions 6th round pick which is the 2 pick in that round (161st selection). Basically the Broncos moved back 13 spots from 148 to 161.

An early 6th? I'm cool with that. Now it doesn't seem totally bad that we let go of a 5th in this deal.

And I love what Foxy had to say about the Bly signing. You the man Foxy!!!

"First of all, I'm happy that we got Bly, we got better, and that's what I want," Foxworth said. "But it is not a foregone conclusion that Dré Bly is the starter. I like competition, and I will go in and compete. If he beats me, then I will play nickel and I will help the team that way."

The picks seem almost pointless. We move down like 13 spots or something. That late in the draft, I would bet noone is looking at the same players as us anyways. I'm sure we would get the same player at the beginning of the 6th that we would have gotten at the end of the 5th. Same goes for them. Not really sure what the point of the pick swapping was.
