Lets hear the thoughts on expected holes we will have after FA:

My thoughts are like this:

Offense: Will Henry work out and is he going to be worth the money we gave hiim in his contract? What is O-line depth going to look like since we now have no real backup for Lepsis other than Pears who is moving to RT, and how will the line be if he doesn't come back as strong or mobile? If the Graham signing goes through I believe that our TE combo with Graham and Scheffler so my worry is disappearing (as long as we sign him) if not how will our TE's fair in the blocking game as well as the passing game, Scheffler is coming on as a pass catcher but blocking needs to improve and Alexander and Mustard are decent blocker but not field stretching TE's we like in the passing game? What does our depth or lack there of at the WR position look like? and even though this has yet to be determined, how will Javon play this year with the Williams situationa and his complaining last year?

I'd like to believe we are getting stronger but I am a realist as well as a fan... being a coach teaches you that.

Defense: Is Bly going to stay and play hard for us next year, even though he wants to play in Wash and we haven't given him a contract extension that he so despreatly wants? How are safeties going to play... we all know Lynch has lost a step and should be the SS (With that Nick backing him up), Brandon is coming off a knee injury and never really made game changing plays (can't see him as our starting FS) and inexperience of cox who tends to be out of position on occassion? Can our D-line play better with no real upgrade?

I am fairly confident that our LB corp will be awesome as long as Ian can tackle better and Al doesn't get hurt.

These are my thoughts and concerns regarding our team.

What are yours, we should all have at least some concerns or else fantasy island is where you're at.

Offense:

We need to address backup QB, TE (possibly in the works) and O-line.

I think we are nicely set at RB with the 3 we have, WR seems pretty set as well depending on the injury to Rod Smith. Our starts on the line should also be set, however we need to add a young OT. We need a backup QB to sit behind Cutler and we are working on a TE. Over all our offense seems ready to go and I have few concerns that they will be ready to putt to behind all year.

Defense:

This is where it gets really funky, if we trade Bly we will need to add a CB for depth, if we keep him we will be nicely set at CB. At S we need at least 1 young player in the draft, possibly even to start during this season; Lynch is slowing down more and more and becoming a liability in pass coverage, Ferguson is decent but has no big play ability and has been known to misplay the ball; Brandon is a big guy who can cover and tackle, but is coming back from a knee injury; Cox is a tweener with very little experience, needs to be more solid in positioning but does show some promise.
LB is set, we could go with a big OLB in the draft in a later round for depth, but no concerns as long as we remain healthy.
DL is a bit of a scratcher, we have Ekuban, Lang and Dumervil to play the outside, we need at least one more DE who can take a lot of snaps, either a 1st round draft pick or maybe a trade. On DT we need a big starter, Warren is set on the one side and Big Daddy creates good depth at the position with Veal as a situational pass rusher, but we need a second big body to put in there, I think Ian Scott from Chicago would be a good choice in FA.

On Special teams we may need to look for a returner, but other than that we seem pretty set.

On the concern scale I will give offense a 5% concern if the season started today, we need some depth but do have the quality at starters.

On defense I will give a 35%, we need to fix DT and S for sure and add at least one DE to the rotation.

On specialteams I will give a 50% simply because it is not clear who will be returning what.

I agree with you for the most part but i think our wideouts are going to be the best group in the west, we are pretty deep there unless rod doesn't heal in time for opening day. Our safty and d-line problems should and hopefully will be addressed in the draft and by june first cuts we may know more about how these concerns will work out.
