Madden 07 question.

Ok, so i just started a new season with the raiders, and i finished 7-9. I play on all-madden, 15 minute quarters. Anyway, im in the offseason mode, and here's my question. I have put moss on the trading block, and have gotten many offers. So, i wanna know, should i just trade him for a bunch of draft picks, or for draft picks/ players? And if you say picks/players, any players specifically? Sure, this thread may seem pointless, but hey, im bored. Any feedback will be appreciated, and you may even get a CP!!! :D :salute:

Trade him for picks. He doesn't want to play with Oakland anymore, make him feel special by infusing some young talent into your team. I know it's just a game, but it's still fun to be vindictive.

Yea, see thats the thing. I like it to be as real as possible. That was my 1st thought... just trade him for picks, then sign a big time contract for a rookie i draft to take his place. Only probl;em is, i have some really tasty offers on the table for me. I dunno though, because if i can get a fairly high rated WR in the draft, that would be just as good. Anyway, thanks for the input. :salute:

I do the same thing during the real football season. I set aside a couple hours on the day before the game and play the whole thing out. I only play video games maybe 4 hours a week between work and college.

:laugh: It does seem kinda weird, but in this business, its all about ratings. Although, you would think sports talk would get higher ratings than mexican music.... i guess it just depends on the majority of listeners and what they're into.

Well I am an avid fan of Ranchero and have a station over here as a favorite (actually it's mostly salsa) but nothing beats sports talk radio, especially here in NY when they cover all the teams from New York, New Jersey and sometimes Conneticut. Joe Beningo, Mike & The Mad Dog, Michael Kay, Steve Somers. :rockon: :rockon: Big names over cheer. :rockon:

I'd check out their INJ and SPD and catching stats. And Age. And Overall. If theyre in the mid twenties and overall is 89 or up, I'd take the trade. INJ should be in the mid 90's and up and SPD should be well, high. And I don't think I need to explain catching.

How do you play on All-Madden? It's nearly impossible for me to get points on the board in All-Madden.

Well we were starting to gain listeners. Always had callers, had the best afternoon show in town, just ask anybody. But the problem was that Simmons Media owned us and they didn't want to give us any money for anything! It was sad since there is only one other sports station in town and we were doing well against it. So they sold us to this guy from Cali who runed a few other Mexican music stations. I don't know how its doing know its been a few months but we had 6 other Spanish stations as is, since it is New Mexico, way to many IMO. I have no idea how he expected to run an AM Spanish station when 5 of them are FM.

You can't beat that job. Even though very short I got to talk to some really cool people being the producer. Timmy B, Pat Summeral, Andy Lindell (Broncos Insider) etc.. Ya Iam name droping but it was a great job. Iam only 18 so Iam still going to go to school and try and become a sports journalist!

Well, two of my main offers right now come from rivals. One is from san diego, cause i packaged moss+jordan+2nd rounder.... they offered LT+2nd rounder+vincent jackson. Then, the other really tasty offer comes from the hated KC Chiefs. They offered LJ+2nd+dante hall. Id have to go look at some of the other offers, and i think im gonna do that in a minute. Anyway, either of those offers worth taking?
