Ok, i actually have more than one question. First, is it worth purchasing? If so, how much would it cost? Ive heard anywhere from $120- $200. Any advice will be appreciated.

Its not bad. You can surf the web if there is a wireless connection anywhere, you can store music on the memory stick. And of course by the movies and games. Its pretty good for the price.

Well if you want my input...

Its pretty solid handheld system. It has some pretty nice games on it, not to mention some decent graphics. Sports games on it are good, shooters, adventure. Overall the PSP library is a B+. the capcom classic collection is a must have IMHO.

If you have a lot of cash than there is a good selection of UMD movies if not you can download them on to you PSP if you have a big enough memory stick.

Surfing the web with it is cool, but my lab top is better.

It has great grip, and the button at big enough for my fingers (unlike the DS small buttons  )

MP3 quality is an A+ the ear phones it comes with are nice, unlike the ones with my ipod.

For the price it is worth the $$$

the only 2 major flaws the PSP has is battery life (there is never enough battery life) and the price for a 4 gig memory stick, which can run you 120+ bucks in a store, but I bought the exact same one on ebay from a guy on ebay. I can give you his ebay name if you want.

My grade for the PSP 8/10 ... needs more WWII shooters :coffee:

Great input man. I would definitely like the guy's ebay name. I know if i do buy one, madden will be the first game i get. Also, i honestly had no clue the psp could do all that stuff... thats pretty sweet. I cant believe a stinkin memory stick can run 120+... that just seems ridiculous. Anyway, thanks for the input. :salute:

I love my PSP. I ripped most of my DVDs and converted them to PSP format. I can fit all six star wars movies on my 8 gig memory card plus about 200 songs. I don't think I've played a game in a while on it though.
