That's life for you.

You ask for one thing, you get it... aren't satisfied and complain some more.

AGREED........give me a DT in round three, and find me an OT and a LB and we're good to go.

not everybody is like this...

but there is a large group who do this about anything that is done...

you learn to ignore it after a while...

Agree with Anton above.

You just gotta ignore the negativists and look at the positive. That works in football, and life in general. It'll get you down ONLY IF you let it.

The most disturbing part about this forum is how some people are sure who will be an all-star and who will be a bust even though don't watch all the game film or see the player play a snap in the NFL.

Don't let the message board hit ya on the way out.

I'm sure most of the complainers are the ones who mistakenly thought that it was more important to get a safety than upgrade the pass rush. I'm very happy with our first two picks. They make perfect sense.

well my dream was to get michael griffin in the first...

but since we didnt get him, im just as happy we got 2 sweet DEs...

our team has needs, none of us really know what our needs are...

we are not coaches, we are not players, we dont have nfl experience, we dont have any insight into the actual broncos team and what each player is capable of...

we are but spectators...

and too many people around here think they are GMs, trainers, coaches, scouts yet they know nothing...

reading someone else's article does not make one an expert...

chances are that the dudes writing those articles know little to none about it themselves and are just opinionated...

...

in the end i look down on people who talk down on players that are yet to play, because if they are that negative on here imagine how depressing their life is...

take the negative comment as a grain of salt, but also listen to them and see what they have to say because to know a player, you need to know both the positive and the negative aspects...

...

let us hope that the team is great...

and players that arent great become great...

I spend hours and hours every week watching football, sportcenter, surfing the net, and reading sports illustrated, espn the mag, anything i can get my hands on college or pro football. While the broncos are focusing on next weeks opponent during the regular season. Sometimes oppurtunity just doesnt strike. I would be an awesome scout, coach, exec.

It's obviously not just these message boards. People are people and if you get enough of them together in one spot, even in a virtual sense, some of them will complain about something.

Especially in this day and age of the Information Super Highway and satellite television, too many people suddenly think they know more than the pros and are quick to voice their displeasure when they don't get what they want. Such is life.

I think most of these people are still Bronco fans even if they didn't get who they wanted in the draft and hopefully they won't cheer against the players we picked just so they can crow about how right they were. But you know there are some that will go that way. C'est la vie.

Don't leave the boards just because there are some unhappy people here. If everyone did that we wouldn't have anyone left to post! :D

True, there are way to many cynics around here. And people that get there jollies off by trying to diss other people. They are real tough behind a screen name where you cant find out who they really are.

Ive never been to colorado, or a broncos game, but i have been a fan since the age of 4. I heard some people say broncos fans are pretty snobby and rude. Some people on this board make me agree with that, but generally most seem to be good people.

I agree 100%. Honestly, I love the way our draft has gone. And to me, we actually got needs filled. May not be flashy, but do they always have to be? Just because a name is being talked about every time Kiper of McShay speaks doesn't mean they can become an essential part of a team.
