chris samuels a raider?

I dont know if its true or not yet but i think on around the horn on espn they said redskins all-pro tackle chris samuels was traded to the raiders so the redskins could move up to the #2 spot in the draft. Does anyone know if this is true?

yeah thats what i was thinking. man the raiders and skins both make a bunch of huge offseason moves every year but they never seem to spell success.
