i dont care if it was only his first incident, he hit someone with his car and fled the scene that is serious, period. would you be that dismissive if that woman were a member of your family?? i think not.
now do i think marshall should be suspended, yes but lynch should be as well, if not for hitting that woman then for fleeing the scene and refusing to cooperate with police during the beginning stages of the investigation.
