I'm looking at it and under miscellaneous options is just...
Automatically parse links in text
Disable smilies in test
...those are my only 2 options. Nothing about showing a sig.

I used to have a sig but then the forums had something about changing the sigs awhile ago and I never bothered putting one back on if that helps.
