What's everyone been up to lately?

It's off season so I'm not as busy with RL issues so I should be online here much more. Happy to be back feels weird kinda being a veteran on here.

I hope everyone been happy and safe. There lot crazy things going on right now in the world.

Just arrive home from work, swear my boss trying to drive me insane by calling me at the last second to cover a guy shift today. Survive by stuffing myself on energy drinks.

a lot of red food colouring used to come from insects did it not?

Like I actually think red smarties are done with the exact same stuff...

Before you get all cold-and-bothered about your insect-Frappuccino, be advised: Cochineal is considered safe by the FDA, and is widely used for coloration in jams, preserves, meat, marinades, alcoholic drinks, bakery products, cookies, cheddar cheese and many other food products.

I think we all probably ingest much worse stuff on a regular basis.
... Doesn't affect me anyway, because I only order double-shot Vanilla lattes.

Coffee black as tar and strong enough to run an engine on is the only way to drink it.

To be honest I haven't been to Starbucks in about two years and try to limit myself to two cups of coffee (max) a day. But there was a time where I'd go to Starbucks for lunch and get a triple-shot latte and a double-shot espresso. Better than anti-depressants!
