Sounds like you're human, Cory. Good to see you are refocused. Go back and look at your before pics... think about the progress you made. Pulling for you, bro.

My legs are pretty dead. I'm starting to feel that little twang in my core. Thank goodness for protein recovery.
Today is chest and triceps.
I know he is vehemently against soy, but post-workout I'm using Myoplex Lite. It really works for me, recovery wise.
Keep up the great work Cory!!!![]()

Mile High Manning Fivehead Bandwagon #40
I lost 70lbs doing p90x.
A friend of mine visited over the weekend and said he was going to try Insanity.
I thought it might be for girls or something, so I gave it a quick watch, and decided to try it. Yesterday was the fit test. I did close to as many reps as they did when doing the test, some more, some less. Thought I'd be okay.
Today I did Cardio Interval, and I look like I took a shower fully clothed. I'm hovering at around 238. I hope to be at at LEAST 220 by September.
Good stuff, keep updating on how it goes. Cardio is the worst part of a workout regiment. if it keeps you hooked that is the key (well that and not eating like total crap like i do) good action buddy.
Sorry man I couldn't resist
That's awesome tho! Was it difficult?
Great season Kevin Vickerson!
Incredibly.
I quit smoking at the same time, and quit all things fried. No more soda. I had to bust my ass everyday and push myself to eat right.
As soon as I started seeing results, it became easy. I got hooked, and the weight just started melting off. I hit a plateau around Thanksgiving. Been kinda riding the wall ever since. This summer I really ramped up my running and lifting. Getting back to it.
Great season Kevin Vickerson!
