I have liked him for a long time. He could be a huge producer with Peyton.

I was hoping that we'd sign him months ago, would be a great third man in.

WR depth wouldn't mind this at all.

Would be a very solid under the radar move. WR core would be set.

    Oh noezzz!!

    Here come the Gator fans!!!!

    oh wait, not so much?

Seriously though that would be a good pickup, he could be very productive as a 3rd receiver behind Decker and Thomas. I still want to draft a WR in the mid-rounds though.

I think we'd be set if we got Caldwell and Stokley both. Caldwell is relatively young, as are Decker and Thomas. Signing Stokley would be like hiring a coach that can also play, he would help the young guys tremendously on the side, and in wide receiver meetings. He'd even be able to teach the coaches a thing or two.

Caldwell to play the Garcon-role? He certainly has the speed, 4.37 40-yard dash.

Decent blocker too. I have always been a fan. Would make a very solid 3rd or 4th WR.

wouldnt be a horrible signing at all...I really see him as best suited for the slot......Not sure if that is the biggest need for us. I would rather get someone to push DT to the Z and Decker to the slot. I feel the X is definitely the biggest need that we have in the WR corp.....I think Manning is going to need someone to fit that Harrison/Wayne role.
Thanx Blondie79 for the sweet Sig....Love it and I will rock it with pride

Decker would be better than Caldwell in the slot, IMO.

I think Decker should start over Caldwell, but Decker should still be the slot receiver.
