Who Should Win NBA Coach Of The Year

I have Thibodeau, It's absolutely incredible what he has done with the Bulls this year without Rose. He would be the 1st coach to win COY back to back in his 1st 2 seasons as an NBA coach.

    IMO for me:

    1. Thibodeau
    2. Stan Van Gundy
    3. Lionel Hollins

What SVG has done with the Magic during the Dwight Howard saga is phenomenal as well, he would probably be the first coach ever to win COY but be fired....

    Popovich.

He has the senior citizen crew in first place. And I heard he even loads and unloads all of the team walkers from the bus.

Yep. Popovich. No sense in speculating beyond that. Should be a done deal. I liked what Collins was doing with Philly early on, but they've faded a bit. It's a shame. I would have liked to see him get the award.

I think he has done a wonderful job considering he inherited a team full of whiney little girls.

    I wouldn't say he's done wonderful.

Mike Brown and Stan Van Gundy are 2 coaches who do not get enough credit for the success of their absolutely dysfunctional teams. A lot of fans want them gone and those are the people who know NOTHING about the sport of Basketball.

It's more the fact the Lakers, based on their players, should be the best team in the league, and they're not close to that.

I disagree. They do not have the best team in the NBA. There bench is dreadful. That is a huge part of good teams. They don't have one. Kobe is still amazing he is not the best player anymore. Lebron is better. Durant is better. Kobe is close but them two I would take over Kobe. However you look at the makeup of some other teams and they don't have the best team. OKC have better talent.

Give me OKC roster over anyones. As much as I hate there team and some of there players they have a perfect combination of guys who can do different things. Westbrook-Durant-Ibaka-Perkins-Hardin.

I'll laugh if Mike Brown wins another COY. I'd say Lionell Hollins should win it at this point in time.

    Based off what?

They have 3 good players in Gasol, Bynum, Kobe, and Sessions is ok.

And they have a HORRRRRRRRRIBLE bench.

If one of those 3 is off, they are screwed, Mike Brown has done as good as he could do.

OKC, Spurs, and even Memphis imo are better then the Lakers out West.
