I bet my entire savings that the next QB that wins a Superbowl will skyrocket into peoples top 3 list rather its cutler romo rivers whatever.
By that standard, imagine if Tebow became the Jets starter and they won the superbowl!

I think Tebow could win a superbowl with the Jets. Good defense and a strong running game would cover up his weaknesses. When you can buy time with your legs it doesn't really matter if you can't read defenses and also throw poorly. Then his strong intangibles can will everybody to give 110%.

I think Cam Newton is fine where he is but it's really all up for debate. There are really just large clumps of players. Like top 5, top 10. I think without a doubt it's crazy to have him outside the top 50% in the league. Personally I would have him in the top 3rd.

It's crazy to have Stafford and Dalton so low when they are so similar to Newton. That guy threw that list together probably during his lunch break. I think a well formulated list would cultivate better discussion rather than a messy one that trolls fans.

    Nice:

    29) Matt Flynn, Seattle Seahawks: He could be higher on this list, but how am I seriously supposed to gauge a guy with two NFL starts in a four-year career?

I don't know. Maybe you gauge him the same way you gauge Luck and Griffin, who have no NFL starts, at 16 and 21.

i have a minor problem with peyton`s ranking but only because he sat a whole season
Put alot of QB's on the Giants n they still won the SB...

Imagine Rodgers, Brady, or Brees with that team

Eli = overrated idc what anyone says

Great QB, but not top 5

    That team is freakin STACKED

I'm not saying Flynn is better or worse than Luck and RG3, but if you gauge him off of the same thing as Luck and RG3 (which is college) then Flynn isn't very impressive. I'm just sayin.

And therein lies the humor in ranking the starting NFL quarterbacks before the preseason. Not only are we comparing college careers to pro careers, but we have no idea who is even going to be starting. My money's on Garrard, by the way.
