All the more reasons for us to take some of our chips and try to get a young star. Lawson and Faried are untouchable, anyone else is up for trade.

    Durant > Lebron.
And that's why I'll take KD over Lebron. I trust KD in the 4th over Lebron and the kid is 6 years younger. Sky is the limit.

Well this is what I asked for at least

Don't get me wrong, I want the Heat to win. (I want MIller who is a hometown native to win, also I like Wade)

But I really like Durant too, so I won't be upset if they win.

I just hope it's a good series 7 games preferably
I have no idea what's going on.

Im with you. I want a full, good 7 game series with little care as to who wins it.

Battier better not be guarding KD in game 2. He does not have the length, strength, or quickness to guard him. LeBron has the strength and quickness, but not quite the length. Also, consider Bosh. He has the length and strength, he'll just need solid rotational help when KD goes to the basket.

I don't even like the Heat and can't believe what I just saw. Chris Bosh shooting three's late in the 4th in the NBA Finals? What?

LeBron just avoided getting good looks at the basket after the 1st half. That game looked awfully reminiscent to last years Finals versus Dallas...

Frankly, it is the most astonishing way I have seen a team just stop playing their game in the 4th. It's like they do things that work for 3 qtrs and then "Ah well, how about we all just stand around and look at each other while Wade or Lebron shoots a jumper, and then play terrible defense? Sound good? Everyone? Alright let's do it."

It's amazing. It's like a different team hops on out there.
I have no idea what's going on.

It's like Miami has good matchups for this game, and they decide to squat over them and take a dump. Bosh - Stretch the floor on Ibaka, check, did a decent job of this. LeBron, you should be on KD all game long. Did not happen for more than 2 nano seconds. Wade, you should be on Westbrook all game long. Happened for the first half, then we stuck Chalmers/Miller on him, and got straight up gang raped. Battier should be on Harden. That's where he has a length/strength advantage. Can keep him off the rim and has plenty of length to disrupt his shot. Never happened ever.

And finally... if I see another crap tastic jumper, I might just drive nails through my eyes and walk into traffic. It's like the gameplan was truly to just stand on the perimeter and dink jumpers off the rim, rather than keep driving, getting fouls, and making buckets. Miami shot 18 freaking FT's because they pulled a Celtics and forgot they have functioning lower bodies and shot jumpers. I'm cool with Battier/Chalmers/Bosh doing it, but WHYDAFLAPZ would Wade and LBJ do it?

Me when KD nailed a 4th quarter 3 over Chalmers:

*In my best Steven A Smith voice*
MARIO CHALMERS?!! MARIO CHALMERS?! MARIO CHALMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE ARMS TO GUARD A BASKETBALL SHOOTING KEVIN DURANT IN THE 4TH QUARTER!!!

Good win for OKC despite not getting a good game from Harden, and Battier going nuts.

    Durant is a monster.

Battier went nuts for one quarter, and did jack the rest of the game. That was hardly a deciding factor at any point. Miami needs to completely switch up their gameplan, starting with LBJ on KD, because he guarded him for maybe 2 possessions this game, and breaking Wades/LeBrons wrists so they can no longer shoot jumpers.

I did notice that Perkins was guarding Battier at one point, WTH? That worked super good. Anyways, totally agree LeBron needs to be guarding Durant. Also, he needs to drive the ball on Durant. I don't care if Durant is giving two or three feet. Durant has no chance of stopping LeBron when he takes it strong. He did KD a favor much of the night, jacking up shots.

Chris Bosh and Mike Miller are so bad on defense. And with Westbrook, goddang just stay out in front. If he pulls up and hits from the foul line shake his hand. Every time he gets into the paint, the Heat front court turn into the Washington Generals.

I think the stupidest part of tonight was when Spo had LeBron guarding Perkins, with Battier on KD. Is he brain dead? Their worst offensive threat is going to attract your best defender? LBJ on KD, nothing else makes more sense.
