OMG, I"m so sad. You all know how I feel about my guy. His veteran leadership and playmaking ability helped Von and our team to a SB championship. I know it's time for him to go but....

I will miss you so much DeMarcus. Killer dimples and the best smile and all.

I figured he wouldn't be on this team anymore , figured we wouldn't be able to give him the $ he would want. However I'm glad we don't have to see him in another jersey somewhere else. Hate to see him go but glad he's retiring with us.

I wasn't expecting him to retire yet, but I do think that was for the best. Glad we won him a Super Bowl. Hopefully he'll enjoy his retirement.

Couldn't have won the SB w/o you DWare. What an incredible career.

Mile High Salute to D Ware!!!! His leadership was just as impactful as his skill on the field. Von definitely took his game to another level when Ware came to Denver. Knew it was questionable whether he would return, but glad he decided what he wanted to do.

A mixture of sadness and happiness. Sad for us, happy that he's going out on his own terms.

Looking at his Twitter, he still has a lot of Cowboys fans. That says a lot about the man.
